Current members may receive up to a $50 round of golf reimbursement and up to a $25 reimbursement for eligible driving range expenses, up to 4 visits per year, 1 visit per quarter (quarter 1: Jan-March, quarter 2: April-June, quarter 3: July-Sept., quarter 4: Oct-Dec.). The 5% Cash Back offer applies only to purchases made from club partners through the Golf Players Club. For travel purchases, the 5% Cash Back offer cannot be redeemed until travel has been completed. Cash Back amounts are equal to five percent (5%) of the net purchase price, less applicable discounts, refunds, and taxes of all eligible purchases up to a maximum of $100/quarter. To have expenses deemed an eligible expense you must: (1) be a current member when expenses are incurred, (2) fill out the reimbursement forms, and (3) submit with an uploaded copy of the original receipt within thirty (30) days of eligible purchase. Please keep a copy for your records. Reimbursement check will be mailed approximately 4–6 weeks after the date we receive the applicable receipts and reimbursement form. One form per redemption.
